Paul Saladino avoids seed oils because of their highly concentrated omega-6 content and how they’re highly refined. Personally I minimize them and prefer fats like grass fed ghee, butter, olive oil, or tallow for everyday cooking. At the same time, context matters. A small amount once in a while isn’t going to make or break your health. The real issue is that much of the modern western diet is built around ultra processed foods, not just seed oils themselves.
