@thediveoysterbar_irvine inside the Spectrum is serving up some absolutely delicious Cajun - Creole food. Everything was so comforting with deep rich flavors and plenty of seafood - crab, lobster and shrimp, clams, mussels and oysters all bathed in deep rich tomato sauces, rice or pasta. It’s like a mini-trip to New Orleans! Here’s what I tried and HIGHLY recommend: My favorites were the Pan Roast, Lobster Roll and the Mussel Fries 🍤PAN ROAST - with shrimp, clams, chicken and sausage. $29 🦐GUM
