The woman murdered and set on fire in a layby was well known in Wolverhampton and had lived a "chaotic" life, the detective in charge of the investigation has said. Detective Superintendent Tom Chisholm was speaking from the scene where Jomaa Jerrare's badly burned body was found next to Bridgnorth Road.
