This was one of my favorite tornadoes i have ever chased - west of Bismarck, North Dakota on June 27, 2025. I live to witness the occlusion process of tornadogenesis from underneath, looking straight up as the clear slot or moat carved through the cloud base around a ripping dynamic pipe. This is when you truly understand how a #tornado forms, when you see it with your own eyes from underneath.
