It was wonderful to be in Nauvoo, Illinois this week to dedicate the Historic Nauvoo temple district. This newly finished historic site is a beautiful reflection of the Church’s history during the early days of the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. While there, I was reminded of the sacrifices and faith of the early saints, and their desire to follow the commandments of God.
