This small, remote wildlife trail yielded some amazing footage of wolves and other creatures over this past winter (January to May). This trail is used by both the Mithrandir Pack (hence the name of the trail) and the Nashata Pack. Nice footage of the Mithrandir Pack from this past summer and fall (along with some other cool wildlife). The pack gets its name from the white color of Wolf V083, the breeding male, who was once gray in his younger years—just like Mithrandir (i.e., Gandalf). The Mithrandir Pack consisted of a pair: Wolf V083, his mate, a 2.5 year old female, who quite striking herself. The pack was a pair last winter and did not produce any pups this spring.
