BUT I've realised as I've grown older that you also need to appreciate what you have, not what you don't have. There will always be someone with less and someone with more - whoever you are. I made my documentary for @itv about my experience of breast cancer to raise awareness about the disease which impacts 1 in 7 women (and men too). Before you go to bed tonight, check yourself. I found a lump that took a year and half to finally be diagnosed as a cancerous tumour. Be your own health advocate. We're having the best family holiday in Bantry Bay in West Cork. Always good to come 'home' to my birthplace, Ireland. @ealu_mor_ballylickey is a gorgeous retreat in Ballylickey along the Wild Atlantic Way.
