The driver of the Dodge Caravan, a 30-year-old man, was partially ejected from and pinned inside the car. He died at the scene.

Kyle Neugebauer was last seen on Dec. 17 of 2024. His family said Neugebauer was running on foot at around 10:30 p.m. They say it was about 20 degrees outside and he was near 143rd Street and Highway 254, northeast of Wichita.

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - No injuries were reported after a vehicle went up in flames on northbound I-135 in Wichita on Monday afternoon.
