Eric Michael Young, 42, of Curwensville, has been arrested and is facing 138 charges after he was accused of assaulting a young girl.

The commonwealth rested its case in the murder trial of Bryan S. Michaelis, 49, of Morrisdale, on Wednesday before Judge Paul E. Cherry at the Clearfield County Courthouse.
