Prosecutors in Philadelphia say remains found buried in a wooded area behind an abandoned school are those of Kada Scott, a 23-year-old woman who’d been missing for about two weeks. The missing 23-year-old’s identity was confirmed through DNA testing, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner said at a Monday news conference.
DNA testing strongly indicates the human remains found behind a vacant school Saturday are those of missing Philadelphia woman Kada Scott, sources tell Action News.
