Babcock, who lives in near the University of Cincinnati, said he came to the city's 'No Kings' demonstration because he took an oath to the Constitution when he first started serving the military, and that oath doesn't expire.

About two dozen local demonstrations are scheduled for Saturday morning and early afternoon around the central Ohio region. A large gathering is slated for 4 p.m. at the Ohio Statehouse.
