PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers have their first and last home game of the preseason by welcoming the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to the North Shore. Many of the Buccaneers starters will play, but wide receiver Mike Evans, quarterback Baker Mayfield, and linebacker Lavonte David will sit out.
The Steelers made multiple roster moves, signing defensive back Kam Alexander, long snapper Jake McQuaide and offensive tackle Julian Pearl. Alexander originally signed with the Seattle Seahawks during training camp. He participated in rookie minicamp with the Seahawks and Atlanta Falcons after going undrafted.
