Lil Nas X was arrested after he was found wandering the streets in the Studio City section of Los Angeles, wearing only his underwear and a pair of cowboy boots. TMZ was the first to report the incident, which the gossip site called “a bizarre scene.”

TMZ reported it had viewed video of the rapper barely dressed and acting weirdly, at one point putting an orange cone on his head like a jack-in-the-box.

TMZ shared photos and videos of Lil Nas X parading around Los Angeles in his underwear. The singer was taken to the hospital and was looked at for a possible overdose.
