Philadelphia Larry Krasner is expected to speak on the death of Kada Scott and the prosecution of Keon King, the suspect in her kidnapping.

Philadelphia prosecutors have announced new criminal charges against Keon King, deepening the case against the man accused of kidnapping Kada Scott, whose body was discovered over the weekend in a wooded area behind the former Ada Lewis Middle School.

King, who's accused of kidnapping Scott, was taken into custody this year on a similar charge but paid $20,000 and was released.
