Arrowhead personnel have defended the Helldivers 2 Halo Warbond price increase while also teasing the next “awesome” HD2 Premium Warbond.

Helldivers 2 has officially announced its Halo ODST crossover with some of that classic Super Earth silliness, and it releases soon.

However, the Helldivers 2 x Halo collaboration is not just limited to having more Helldivers on the ground. There's a lot more to expect in terms of content, such as weapons, armor, and potentially new enemy units for players to face off against. Here's what you need to know.

Following last week's tease, it's now been confirmed that content from Halo 3: ODST will be arriving in Helldivers 2 on the same day the game's Xbox Series X|S port launches, 26th August. In the form of a Legendary Warbond, you can see what's in store in the trailer above.

Helldivers 2 is coming to Xbox Series X/S in two weeks, and according to its latest trailer, it's going to check a big item off Halo fans' wish lists.
