Gisele Bündchen is settling into motherhood with her newborn. The model recently welcomed a baby with her boyfriend Joaquim Valente, and a source confirmed exclusively with PEOPLE that she's "doing well" and "focused on her family.

Gisele Bündchen and Joaquim Valente stepped out for their first outing since welcoming their baby together in Feb. Also joining them was her daughter Vivian, who she shares with Tom Brady.

Gisele, who shares Vivian and 15-year-old Benjamin with her ex Tom Brady, is reportedly over the moon at seeing her older kids bond with her youngest. “Her older kids are helpful with the baby. Gisele tears up when she sees all the kids together—she still can't believe she has a newborn. She feels very blessed,” the source said.
