Louisiana State Police say a fire at an automotive supply plant is mostly contained. A mandatory evacuation order remained in place for the immediate area Sunday as crews address covered hotspots and monitor air quality.

The mandatory evacuation zone continues to be in effect for a one-mile radius around the site of the explosion and fire. There is also a a temporary flight restriction in place for three nautical miles around the site and for up to 5,000 feet above surface level. Any unauthorized aircraft like drones are banned from flying in the area.
