InterGlobe Aviation, owner of IndiGo, has filed a lawsuit against Mahindra Electric Automobiles for trademark infringement over the '6E' mark. Mahindra plans to launch an electric SUV named BE 6e, which IndiGo claims might confuse consumers.

IndiGo filed a lawsuit against Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited on Tuesday over the usage of the term "6E" in its new electric car, the BE6E.
