By Adriano Machado BELEM, Brazil (Reuters) -Dozens of Indigenous protesters blocked the front of the COP30 summit venue in Brazil on Friday morning, staging a sit-in that forced delegates to use a side entrance to resume their negotiations on tackling climate change.

California Governor Newsom assured an audience at the COP30 climate summit in Brazil that his state, which holds the 4th largest economy in the world, would continue to prioritize green technology, while blasting President Trump's "dumb" decision to reverse the federal government's course on climate action.
