Loni Anderson, twice Emmy-nominated star of WKRP in Cincinnati, died of a rare form of cancer, according to a death certificate obtained by TMZ.

Loni Anderson’s cause of death was confirmed as metastatic uterine leiomyosarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer that starts in the uterus and often spreads to the lungs and liver. Anderson is survived by her husband Bob Flick, two children, and several grandchildren, and is remembered for both her television and film work.
