The Bengals were unable to score again on their last two possessions. The Jets ultimately came back to win the game 39-38 and drop Cincinnati to 3-5 on the season. The last play of the game was the third ball that hit Andrei Iosivas in the hands on the day. He ended with zero receptions on those three passes.
CINCINNATI — The Bengals released the first injury report of Bears week, as Trey Hendrickson (hip) and Joe Flacco (shoulder) continue their injury recovery.
A week removed from a shockingly poor effort during the upset loss at the hands of the New York Jets, Bengals defenders were greeted at practice with basic tackling drills. From Charlie Goldsmith of Fox 19: “The Bengals are doing a pre practice tackling circuit. As players walk on, a coach says, ‘find somewhere to tackle.’”
