M ore than a year into its release, Larian Studios continues to improve its magnum opus, Baldur's Gate 3. Heading into 2025, the developer has revealed all the new features coming

Larian has said it won’t add any major story content updates or DLC for Baldur’s Gate 3. But with these patches including the recent addition of official mod support, the developers have left the game in the best place for the community to continue the adventure without them. Patch 8 is scheduled to release next year.

In its next and last major update to the game, Larian Studios will bring cross-play, 12 new subclasses and a photo mode to 'Baldur's Gate III' next year.
