A Powerball ticket sold in Virginia won $1 million but just missed the $184 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The ticket matched five winning numbers, but not the Powerball, in the drawing Monday, Nov. 25, the national Powerball site said.

Two lucky Australians have won the $100 million Powerball jackpot overnight. The two individuals were from Victoria and Queensland and will split the prize 50-50. The prize was the third-largest jackpot offered across Australia for 2024 by any lottery.
