NEW YORK (WABC) -- A new speed limit of 15 miles per hour for e-bikes, e-scooters and pedal-assisted bicycles in New York City is now in effect. Crews with the Department of Transportation were at the base of the Brooklyn Bridge on Friday and stopping e-bike riders and handing out pamphlets to inform them of the new speed limit.
