DALLAS — A 42-year-old man has been sentenced to federal prison in the fentanyl overdose death of a North Texas teenager, officials said.

Governor Glenn Youngkin has issued a flag order in the Commonwealth of Virginia in honor of National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day.

Argentine authorities arrested the owner and officials of two pharmaceutical laboratories on Wednesday over "possible quality deviations" in contaminated medicinal fentanyl linked to dozens of deaths.
