Game of Thrones creator George R.R. Martin helped craft the story of Elden Ring. There have been rumors of a movie in the works for a while, but work on The Winds of Winter may keep Martin busy.

The creator of A Song of Ice and Fire and Game of Thrones has mentioned how an Elden Ring movie is currently being discussed.

Game of Thrones writer George R.R. Martin revealed some new information regarding the possibility of an Elden Ring movie.

This isn’t the first time that Martin has touched on a possible adaptation of Elden Ring. Back in July last year, Martin offered something of a tease that something might be in the works after Elden Ring was offered the Nebula Award for Game Writing by the Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers Association.

George R.R. Martin has given an update on his long-rumored involvement with adapting Elden Ring into a movie, and it seems like he's interested. Although, the Game of Thrones author has admitted that his work on The Winds of Winter puts a significant block in his way.
