Pierce County authorities said a 72-year-old skid steer driver was killed Wednesday after his vehicle was hit by a train.
A flood watch was issued by the NWS Seattle WA on Friday at 1:34 p.m. valid from Saturday 5 a.m. until Sunday 4 a.m. The watch is for King, Mason, Skagit, Snohomish and Whatcom counties.
