Federal agencies will begin to vacate hundreds of offices across the country this summer under a push by Elon Musk’s budget-cutting advisers to terminate leases.

Javion Bluebird was forcibly abducted from his grandmother’s home in Sioux Falls Thursday around 9:30 p.m. by Lelana Sitting Up, who police say displayed a weapon when she took Bluebird.
