Novak Djokovic will have old rival Andy Murray back in his coaching corner as he attempts to win the Indian Wells title for the first time in almost a decade.

Novak Djokovic started the 2025 season with some strong performances at the Australian Open – one of his all-time favourite tournaments – where he reached the semi-finals, but a left thigh injury prevented him from continuing his run at Melbourne Park.

Novak Djokovic will have old rival Andy Murray back in his coaching corner as he attempts to win the Indian Wells title for the first time in almost a decade. Murray's management team confirmed the 37-year-old Scot had flown to California on Monday to continue his coaching arrangement with the Serbian 24-times Grand Slam champion.

Andy Murray will reprise his coaching role with Novak Djokovic at Indian Wells and stay with the 24-time major champion for the Miami Open.
