Microsoft will be ending support for Windows 10 in October. If your computer isn't compatible with Windows 11, you still have options.

The latest report shows that switching to Windows 11 for one diehard group of users, gamers, is inching up (but there’s a way to go).

Steam's latest monthly hardware survey is here and it shows that gamers continue to embrace Windows 11 as Windows 10's demise looms larger.

It's called UpDownTool and it lets you downgrade from Windows 11 to a version of Windows 10 with continued support until 2032!

Windows 10 support ends in October 2025. To keep using it, be sure to download and save a crucial file—it’s best to do this now.

I opted to install Linux on my (formerly) Windows 10 PC rather than switch to Windows 11 and it's been a surprisingly good solution for me.
