Forecasters are increasingly calling for a cold, soggy Thanksgiving week as west-to-east winter-pattern storms continued to roll across the continental landscape.

A dry Monday (and a warm one) with highs in the middle 60s will precede a cold front coming through on Tuesday. This looks to drop most of its moisture on the western slopes, but some of this moisture could sneak out over into the Piedmont.

We will start to warm things up, just a little bit through the end of the weekend and in the start of next week, expect the cloud covered to stick around on Sunday. Mostly cloudy skies can be expected, high temperatures heading for the upper 40s by Sunday afternoon.
