SWAT teams swooped in after a concerning call from a boarded-up building in St. Paul, where a man had been kidnapped and held against his will. As Kirsten Mitchell shows us, it happened just feet from a police station.

Three people were arrested and one person, believed to be the victim, was taken to the hospital for evaluation after St. Paul officers responded to a "possible kidnapping situation" Tuesday afternoon, police said.

St. Paul Police say multiple people were arrested Tuesday afternoon in connection to an alleged kidnapping which turned into a SWAT response.
