Different story, same outcome for Auburn versus Missouri
Jackson Arnold once again was not up to the task when Auburn needed it the most. He was solid on the night but did not come in the clutch. Against Missouri he was 18 of 30 for 207 yards and threw one interception.
Auburn trailed 10-7 at halftime, but that score could have easily favored the Tigers. Kayin Lee picked off Missouri’s Beau Pribula in the red zone with just over two minutes left in the half, and after Jackson Arnold connected with Cam Coleman on a 46-yard deep ball, it seemed like Auburn was going to end the half strong.
