A man accused of carrying out the October 7 massacre has been arrested in Louisiana. Mahmoud Amin Ya’qub Al-Muhtadi was arrested on Thursday over his alleged involvement in the Hamas-led terrorist attack against Israel in 2023, the US Department of Justice (DoJ) said.
