Phil Collins' representative confirms the Genesis frontman is hospitalized but debunks false rumors that the musician is in hospice care.

The rep also shut down the rumor that Collins was in hospice care. The Post has reached out to Collins’ rep for comment. Collins has been out of the spotlight since he retired after his final show with Genesis in March 2022. He performed the concert while sitting down due to lingering effects of a spinal injury from 2007.
