As temperatures rose and conditions dried over the weekend, residents of Southern California received a swift reminder of fire season as at least seven fires broke out across the Southland, according to Cal Fire.

Cooler temperatures and humidity are helping firefighters fight the fire, which nearly doubled in size since Monday afternoon.

A new wildfire was reported today at 9:08 p.m. in Riverside County, California. Telford Fire has burned two acres of private land. Currently, there is no information on the containment of the fire and the cause of it is still undetermined.
