Costco recall update: Fatal warning issued for product sold nationwide
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced a recall for the Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagon, which was imported from China by Olympia Tools International, and which Costco began selling to customers, via its online store, from June to July.
