It’s really easy for coaches to sway fans when they take over a new team. Identify the thing that fans find annoying about a team and say “We’re going to fix that.” For the Jets, one of many things was discipline, which new head coach Aaron Glenn has been verbal about addressing since taking over the team.

Aaron Glenn played eight seasons with the New York Jets and became head coach last January. As a player, he was a Pro Bowl cornerback with a flair for fashion.
