A Yorkshire Terrier puppy named Toto is back with its owners after being stolen from a pet store in Fairfield two months ago.
Toto was just 12 weeks old when he was stolen from Petland Fairfield on Oct. 10. A woman stuffed the puppy into a large bag and fled the store while employees chased after her.
