TROY, Ohio – Troy's high school band received an escort through Downtown Troy Sunday night. Members came home with a "superior" rating from the annual State Marching Band Finals at Welcome Stadium.
Troy High School band members took a risk, and it paid off. Band Director Rustin Honeycutt suggested the band perform a difficult routine this season — a gamble that could cost or earn them a win.
