Spain will provide Ukraine with a new military aid package worth 1 billion euros ($1.05 billion) this year, Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said on Monday in Kyiv during an international meeting held on the third anniversary of Russia's invasion.

Spain will deliver a new 1 billion euro ($1.04 billion) military aid package to Ukraine in 2025, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced on Feb. 24 during the Support Ukraine summit in Kyiv. Sanchez announced the new military aid during his visit to Kyiv on the third anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced a fresh €1 billion ($1.047 billion) military aid package for Ukraine on Monday. “We will continue supporting Ukraine as long as it takes. We will not let you down when you need us the most,” said Sanchez at the summit in Kyiv marking the third anniversary of the war.
