One of the deadliest years was 1982, when a 2-year-old girl was hit in the head with a hanging menu board; a 36-year-old woman collapsed at the Polynesian Village Resort; and a 1-year-old girl fell from a moving tram. Planes, trains, boats and buses have all claimed lives at Disney.
This is the third time someone has died on or near a Disney World property in the last 10 days. A guest died from an apparent suicide near the Contemporary Resort near the Magic Kingdom on Oct. 13.
