Smarty Jones, the racehorse from Chester County, Pennsylvania, is being inducted into the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame this week.

Smarty Jones, bred in Chester County, Pennsylvania, has been elected to the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame.

Equistar Training and Breeding Center in Annville, Pa., will host a public event celebrating the induction of Pennsylvania's own Smarty Jones into the National Horse Racing Hall of Fame.
