Elon Musk announced SpaceX's Starship flight 12 launch is delayed again as the company now targets the first two weeks of May.

Over a three-year period, Musk borrowed roughly $500 million from SpaceX, using the privately held rocket company as a source of low-interest capital rather than turning to traditional banks, according to internal documents obtained by The New York Times.

The rocket maker has been a useful financial tool for Mr. Musk, providing the billionaire with loans and aiding his struggling companies, a Times examination found.

Westminster Mayor Mona Becker said SpaceX purchased a property at 1121 Independence Way. SpaceX filed building permit applications with the city and paid the associated fees on April 21. As of Monday, state property records still showed that Conewago Contractors Inc., a real estate company based in Pennsylvania, owned the property.

The wheels have been put into motion for the largest initial public offering (IPO) in stock market history.

In 2015, the Times says SpaceX started buying up Solar City’s debt at a time when he was that struggling company’s chairman. Eventually, after SpaceX had spent $255 million in this way, the Times says Tesla bought SolarCity for the equivalent of $2.6 billion. Musk says Tesla then repaid SpaceX for all that debt.
