MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — As Rich Rodriguez led the WVU football team through an official practice for the first time since 2007 on Tuesday morning, his evaluation of the first of fifteen spring workouts was probably expected. “My voice is kind of half there. My team chaplain was there and he is probably praying for me right now,” Rodriguez said.
