The future of the much-awaited ICC Champions Trophy is in jeopardy and as per reports a final call on it over the venues and the schedule is expected tomorrow. (PCB) chairman Mohsin Naqvi has has once again cleared his stance regarding the 2025 Champions Trophy as the decision draws near.

Security concerns due to political unrest in Pakistan have put the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy in jeopardy. ICCs November 29 meeting will decide whether the tournament stays in Pakistan or will be relocated.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Mohsin Naqvi has reiterated his tough stance ahead of ICC emergency meeting to solve Champions Trophy 2025 future and said that his team playing in India and the Men in Blue not playing in Pakistan is not ‘acceptable’.

The PCB chief also urged Jay Shah, who leaves his post as BCCI secretary to take over as ICC chairman on Sunday, to show concern for the ICC's benefit in his handling of the organisation.

With India not willing to travel to Pakistan and with Pakistan refusing to back down and adopt a hybrid model that allows India to play their games in a second country,

The ICC board will meet to decide the fate of the Champions Trophy. India refuses to play in Pakistan due to security concerns. A hybrid model is proposed with India's matches in a neutral venue. Pakistan might receive financial incentives to agree.

The ICC have called a meeting of the executive board on Friday to finalise the venues for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 which is to be hosted by Pakistan.
