‘No Kings’ protests held around West Michigan
Large crowds gathered Saturday for “No Kings” protests across the country, including several in West Michigan.
The second "No Kings" protest of the year brought people back to the Michigan's State Capitol to demonstrate against president Donald Trump.
Protesters filled the lawn of the Michigan State Capitol in Lansing on Saturday for a “No Kings” rally that was part of a coordinated day of demonstrations across Michigan and the country.
Over a dozen protests are planned across the region on Saturday as part of a nationwide initiative against President Donald Trump and his administration.
The Indivisible Coalition, which coordinates the events, calls the demonstrations “the largest single protest in modern day history.”
Demonstrations are expected to bring thousands of Michigan residents to the streets, for the second time this year. Can you wear a mask?
