While Jets receiver Garrett Wilson may not be playing, he didn't need to be on the field to watch Aaron Glenn quit at the end of the half.

The Jets entered Week 7 with the worst record in the league at 0-6. After 30 minutes of play in their game against the Carolina Panthers, their head coach took a daring step to try and get a W. To begin the second half, Glenn benched starter Justin Fields and replaced him with journeyman backup Tyrod Taylor.

Defensively, the Panthers got into a scuffle with several Jets players after safety Nick Scott hit Justin Fields late as he was sliding. It's a tough spot for any defender playing at game speed, but that hit is always going to draw a flag in the modern NFL.

Jets and Panthers fans were treated to some throwback audio as the Fox NFL broadcast experienced issues on Sunday.
