Lil Nas X was hospitalized and then arrested following a bizarre incident in Los Angeles Thursday. The “Industry Baby” rapper, 26, was seen in video obtained by TMZ wearing only white underwear and boots while roaming around Ventura Boulevard around 4 a.m. local time, per the outlet.

Grammy winner Lil Nas X's stroll through Studio City early Thursday morning ended in his hospitalization and his arrest on suspicion of charging at a police officer.

Earlier this week, Lil Nas X wiped his Instagram clean before sharing teasers of new music, including a clip titled “Black Horse” and another with Lil Jon called “Kimbo.” His return to social media came after several months of silence, following an April hospitalization for partial facial paralysis.
