After winning the toss, Kathmandu Gurkhas elected to bowl, restricting Karnali Yaks to 149 runs for the loss of five wickets in their allotted 20 overs. The Gurkhas successfully chased the 150-run target in 19.3 overs, with seven wickets down.

Kathmandu, led by Karan KC, chased down the target with grit, handing Karnali their second consecutive loss in the tournament.
